Let your hopes not your hurts shape your future
- Martin Luther King Jr
Pain and suffering are hard, although normal, human experiences we share.
I provide a safe space for you to explore struggles in your life and how your backstory affects you today.
Together we will discover and establish the story you want to lead going forward; one in which you can be at rest and flourish.

Consultancy Services
I support mission-driven services to strengthen delivery, enhance workforce wellbeing, and lead purposeful change. My work combines psychological insight and systems thinking with a practical, people-focused approach to navigating complexity and building meaningful impact.
-
Collaborative, fit-for-purpose approaches to program and service evaluation. Generating meaningful insights (not just reports) that inform strategy, enhance service quality, and support continuous improvement. Grounded in co-design, contextual understanding, and practical application, my work helps organisations make sense of what’s working, what needs to shift, and where to go next.
-
Grounded, person-centred service design and enhancement. Creating models that work in the real world: for your clients, your team, and your broader context. I focus on clarifying purpose, aligning practice with values, and ensuring services are not only evidence-informed but also implementable, sustainable, and responsive to the people they’re meant to serve.
-
Supporting safe, ethical, and effective care at all levels of your organisation. Partnering with leaders to embed clinical governance that is purposeful, not just procedural. I support the development of clear, values-aligned systems for supervision, direct line management, and decision-making, while creating space for staff voice and ground-level insight to inform quality and safety. My approach helps build a culture of shared accountability, reflective practice, and continuous learning — where good care is both led from the top and shaped from the ground up.
-
Leadership development grounded in self-awareness, strategy, and values-based practice. Supporting emerging and experienced leaders to grow their impact, navigate complexity, and lead with clarity and care. Through coaching, reflective practice, and tailored development strategies, I help leaders strengthen their confidence, decision-making, and alignment with both organisational purpose and team wellbeing.
-
Thoughtful workforce planning that aligns service needs, team capacity, and role clarity. Supporting organisations to make intentional decisions about structure, staffing, and scope. I bring a systems lens to workforce design, helping clarify expectations, reduce friction, and ensure the right people are in the right roles with the support they need to thrive.
-
Helping people and teams navigate uncertainty and lead change with clarity and purpose. Supporting organisations to adapt in dynamic contexts through practical frameworks, values-based alignment, and strategies that build psychological safety, engagement, and momentum.
-
Development and refinement of clear policies and procedures. Creating documents that support good practice, reflect organisational intent, and make sense to the people who use them. I help services prepare for accreditation while ensuring their policies are practical, consistent, and aligned with both operational realities and ethical commitments.
-
Practical support to meet — and exceed — quality standards set by organisations, funders, and government. Helping services embed quality systems that are not only audit-ready, but genuinely useful. I work with teams to clarify expectations, track what matters, and align quality processes with day-to-day practice, so that improvement efforts are sustainable, values-driven, and more than just a compliance exercise.
-
Strategic support for tenders and funding submissions. Helping services craft compelling, evidence-informed proposals that align with funding priorities, showcase strengths, and clearly communicate impact.
